Agreement

By using this website or requesting or accepting services from Garlandscapes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services

Garlandscapes provides lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping for residential properties in our service area, which includes North Canton and surrounding areas across Stark and Summit County, Ohio.

The scope of work for each job is defined in the quote or work order provided for that project.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and a site assessment when one is performed. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, or materials differ from what was quoted.

Written acceptance of a quote constitutes an order for the scope described in that quote.

Scheduling

We schedule work based on weather, crew availability, and seasonal demand, and we will communicate delays when reasonably possible.

Access to the property — including unlocked gates, secured pets, and moved vehicles — is the customer's responsibility.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the invoice or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion or as specified.

Late or unpaid balances may pause further work and may incur reasonable collection costs allowed by law.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Recurring lawn care may be paused or canceled with notice.

For larger landscape and hardscape projects, any deposits and cancellation terms will be stated in the quote.

Warranties and limitations

We stand behind workmanship for the work we perform. Plants, sod, seed, and other living materials are subject to weather, watering, soil, and homeowner care, and warranties for living material (if offered) will be stated on the quote and require proper watering and care.

We do not warrant against damage from weather events, third parties, preexisting conditions, or customer alterations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garlandscapes' liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Customers should mark underground utilities and private lines before digging work when applicable.

Website and intellectual property

Site content, branding, photos, and materials are owned by Garlandscapes or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Do not misuse the site, including scraping, abuse, or any unlawful use.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Stark County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our services or practices change. The revised date below always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
